Blank

― Blanking is a process that can be considered a step beyond the conventional cut-to-length line in the way of both speed and accuracy. The precision blanking process allows for slit or smaller coils to be leveled and cut-to-length in narrower widths and much closer tolerances than what can be achieved by shearing or standard cut-to-length lines.

Polish

― Our polishing process enhances the physical appearance of stainless steel and can also increase the sanitary benefits of the material. This makes it ideal for the food service processing industry.

Shear

― Shearing is a fabricating process that is used to cut straight lines in sheet and plate material. The process allows for material to be cut into shorter lengths than a conventional cut-to-length line.
